Accelerated Solvent Extraction of Phenols from Lyophilised Ground Grape Skins and Seeds

The efficient extraction of phenols from grapes is an important step for their reliable quantification. aim was to optimise the lyophilisation process and grape skins seeds. phenol yield lyophilised tissues investigated with different accelerated solvent (ASE) operating conditions. Skins seeds were separated frozen berries without being ground. weight loss during followed daily.
